To support the engineering, construction, and facility management teams in the planning, execution, and monitoring of real estate development projects, ensuring quality, safety, and cost efficiency while gaining practical exposure to the real estate sector.

Project Execution & Site Support

• Assist in supervising (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), and finishing works on site.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely progress.

• Participate in quality checks and ensure work is as per drawings and specifications.

• Monitor daily site activities and maintain progress reports.

Engineering & Technical Support

• Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

• Assist in preparing technical documentation, method statements, and work schedules.

• Support the project team in material inspections, testing, and approvals.

Facility & Asset Management (if applicable)

• Learn preventive and corrective maintenance processes for building systems.

• Support facility management teams in upkeep of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.

• Track asset performance and energy consumption.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain site records, checklists, and engineering logs.

• Support compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and environmental guidelines.

• Assist in preparing project status reports for management.

Learning & Development

• Participate in internal training programs and workshops on project management, safety, and quality.

• Work under the mentorship of senior engineers to develop technical and managerial skills.

• Basic understanding of civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering principles.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar tools (preferred).

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Successful trainees may be considered for roles such as Site Engineer, Project Engineer, or Facility Engineer based on performance.
