Job Title: Site Engineer – BT (Bituminous / Road Works)

Location: Namakkal

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Site Engineer with experience in BT (Bitumen) road construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site works, ensuring quality standards, coordinating with contractors, and supporting timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities for BT/road work projects
  • Ensure quality control of bituminous mix, laying, and compaction
  • Check levels, measurements, and ensure adherence to drawings/specifications
  • Coordinate with contractors, labor, and machinery operators
  • Maintain daily site reports, measurements, and progress records
  • Ensure safety and compliance with project guidelines
  • Report progress and issues to Project Manager/Head Office

Requirements:

  • Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in BT/Road projects
  • Knowledge of bituminous road-laying techniques, mix design, and quality checks
  • Strong problem-solving and site management skills
  • Willingness to work at project locations
