Job Title: Academic Counselor (Female Only)

Location: Meerut

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

About the Role

Revopions Technologies is looking for a female Academic Counselor who has good knowledge of Digital Marketing courses and can guide students effectively. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, counseling ability, and confidence to handle inquiries and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students regarding Digital Marketing courses offered by the institute
  • Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp & social media leads
  • Explain course structure, duration, fees, benefits, and career opportunities
  • Maintain follow-ups with prospective students to convert leads into admissions
  • Assist students throughout the admission process
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly admission targets
  • Maintain proper student records and update CRM
  • Coordinate with the training and marketing teams when required

Requirements

  • Female candidates only
  • Minimum 1 year experience in counseling or student handling (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing course concepts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage, influence, and convert prospective students
  • Comfortable working with targets
