Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Success Associates fluent in Italian or Hebrew (certification mandatory). The role involves handling customer queries, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and providing support across international processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via calls or emails in Italian/Hebrew
  • Ensure accurate resolution while maintaining service quality standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution
  • Deliver excellent customer experience in line with global standards

Requirements

  • Excellent communication in Italian/Hebrew (Certification mandatory)
  • Graduate – must
  • At least 1 month of international voice process experience
  • Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and week-offs
