Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with a warm, professional attitude.
  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and scheduling.
  • Handle patient inquiries regarding treatments, services, and pricing (as guided).
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and a calm environment.
  • Coordinate with dermatologists, therapists, and clinic staff for smooth workflow.
  • Maintain patient records, registration forms, and follow-up logs.
  • Manage billing, invoices, and basic cash handling.
  • Ensure patient privacy and maintain confidentiality.
  • Handle calls, WhatsApp/DM queries, and walk-ins professionally.
  • Support the clinic in administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication & customer service skills.
  • Pleasant personality with a patient-focused approach.
  • Experience in a dermatology/aesthetic clinic preferred (not mandatory).
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, booking apps).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Good command of English and Hindi.
