The Telugu Social Media Influencer role at Narayana Infra is a full-time, entry-level position aimed at freshers passionate about digital content and real estate promotion. Based in Hyderabad, Secunderabad, Guntur, Kurnool, Karimnagar, Warangal, or Nalgonda, this position focuses on leveraging social media platforms to engage Telugu-speaking audiences and elevate the companys brand presence.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Telugu Communication (Mandatory skill): Exceptional proficiency in speaking and writing Telugu is essential for relatable, authentic communication with the target audience.
  • Public Speaking: Ability to confidently address an online audience through live sessions and video content, building credibility and rapport.
  • Influencer Marketing: Understanding of how to leverage personal branding to promote projects, products, or causes within the real estate sector.
  • Storytelling: Skill in crafting compelling stories that resonate emotionally and intellectually with potential investors and followers.
  • Brand Awareness: Capacity to understand and communicate the company's value proposition, elevating market recognition and interest.
  • Brand Collaboration: Experience or capability to partner with brands and seamlessly integrate brand messages into engaging content.
  • Content Creation: Creative abilities to design, shoot, and edit visually appealing social media content tailored for real estate audiences.
  • Instagram Reels: Familiarity with producing high-quality, short-form video content optimized for Instagram Reels and similar platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create and post engaging Telugu-language content across various social media platforms to promote Narayana Infra's plotting and investment opportunities.
  • Host live sessions and interactive Q&A events to build trust among current and prospective investors, addressing their queries in real-time.
  • Develop innovative campaigns that narrate success stories and showcase the benefits of investing with Narayana Infra.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement new ideas for influencer marketing strategies.
  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to keep content relevant, fresh, and aligned with audience preferences.
  • Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and feedback to nurture loyal brand advocates.
  • Partner with other industry influencers for cross-promotional activities, enhancing the company's digital footprint in the real estate domain.
