About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive risk management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, assessing, mitigating, and reviewing organizational risks to safeguard business continuity and support strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess potential operational, financial, compliance, strategic, and reputational risks.
- Quantify risks using qualitative and quantitative risk assessment models.
- Develop and implement effective risk mitigation and control strategies.
- Conduct periodic risk reviews, audits, and performance analyses.
- Prepare risk appetite statement, risk register, reports, and dashboards for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Promote a risk-aware culture across the organization.
Candidate Requirements:
- CA/Master's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications preferred: FRM / CRM / PRM or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of experience in risk management, preferably in banking/NBFC/financial services.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, risk assessment, and data analysis tools.
