About Us

Salt Mango Tree is a Kerala cuisine restaurant in Indiranagar, known for authentic flavors, warm hospitality, and a vibrant dining experience. We are seeking a dedicated Captain to lead the service team and ensure smooth guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate service staff during shifts
• Ensure guests are welcomed, seated, and served efficiently
• Maintain high standards of service quality and hygiene
• Handle guest queries and resolve complaints promptly
• Assist in training new staff and monitoring performance
• Support daily operations including table management and order accuracy

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of experience as Captain / Senior Steward in reputed restaurants or hotels
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage a team and deliver exceptional guest service
• Familiarity with Kerala cuisine and culture preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and festive periods
