About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as part of the Founder's Office. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of strategies to drive both online and offline sales growth for brands. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership and play a key role in scaling the agency's business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct
    market research
    and create insightful
    PowerPoint presentations
    for client pitches and internal reviews.
  • Identify, prospect, and develop
    new business opportunities across digital marketing and offline partnerships.
  • Understand client requirements and propose
    strategic, sales-oriented solutions

  • Collaborate with teams to build
    customized proposals and presentations
    .
  • Stay updated with
    industry trends
    , marketing innovations, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present
    progress reports, sales forecasts, and insights
    to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in creating and designing
    PowerPoint presentations
    , drafting
    emails
    , and
    pitching to clients
    .
  • Preference for candidates who are in their final year or have completed a
    Bachelor's degree from Tier 1 or Tier 2 universities
    .
  • Strong
    market research and presentation skills
    .
  • Understanding of
    digital marketing services
    (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, Web Development).
  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal skills
    .
  • Knowledge of
    Digital Marketing,
    offline distribution for D2C brands
    will be an added advantage.
