About The Role Overview of the Role The Product Manager role will support and establish ownership of analyticsinstrumentation and tagging, data collection, plus related infrastructure for marketingand analytics programs across our portfolio of domestic and international websites andnative apps. The role will work closely with the Senior Product Manager, Analytics. Theright candidate will have a strong technical and analytical foundation, a passion for dataand data capture strategy, a background in eCommerce, and relevant experience in tagmanagement and web analytics toolsets.The role is inherently cross-functional. You will work closely with engineering,marketing, analytics, and business teams to ensure critical programs, features, andfunctionality have information necessary to drive and optimize performance.Responsibilities include: Partner with Product Managers in designing and defining new featuresLead, coach and mentor team of 5-8 full stack and backend engineersWrite code that is of high quality, be a champion of coding standards and re-usablecomponentsInfluence the technical direction of the engineering team and the approach for complexsolutions involving multiple teams.Serve as a key member of a Scrum team, participate in all planning, stand-up andretrospective meetingsParticipate in, and potentially lead, Communities-of-Practice and ContinuousEducation programs.We think you should be excited about this opportunity because you will: - Work on initiatives of incredible opportunity and scale- Be right in the middle of the action. Typescript experience will add more value Large-scale ecommerce systems experience will be excellent for job requirements. Passionate about Ecommerce and retail a plus Expert understanding of Typescript, Java, and web technologies An understanding of UI performance and accessibility best practices is must. Enthusiasm for constant improvement as a Software Engineer Ability to communicate clearly and eXectively as well as motivate team members Mentoring team members, designing the applicationsLocation: Pune
