Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a Full Stack Trainer located in Egmore. As a Full Stack Trainer at WHY Global Services, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training in full stack development. This includes teaching the latest web and software development technologies, frameworks, and best practices. Your day-to-day tasks will involve designing and delivering training materials, assessing and evaluating trainee performance, and ensuring the successful development of technical skills in trainees.   • Deliver training sessions on Full Stack Development technologies to students and corporate clients
  • Develop training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments
  • Adapt training content to meet the specific learning needs of different audiences
  • Provide guidance and support to learners, answering their questions and addressing their concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Full Stack Development
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training sessions
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Full Stack Development, including front-end and back-end technologies
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Prior experience in delivering training sessions or teaching Full Stack Development
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to different learner needs
  • Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field


Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience are needed.
  • Strong expertise in full stack development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery Python, PHP, and frameworks like React, Laravel, Angular
  • Experience in training or teaching in the field of web development or full stack development
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in full stack development
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt training methods and materials to meet the needs of different skill levels
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest technologies
  • Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus
