Key Responsibilities:

  • implement a nationwide sales strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Leading Direct sales, to water boards,
  • Work alongside and mentor regional sales teams to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in water boards, municipalities, technology based smart water management , and industrial sectors.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design campaigns, trade shows, and product demos.
  • Manage key accounts including government bodies, EPC contractors (in water industry), and industrial clients.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Ensure technical training and product knowledge dissemination across sales teams.
  • Maintain CRM systems and ensure accurate pipeline tracking.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electronics, Civil Instrumentation, Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • MBA in Marketing or Business Development preferred.
  • 8–15 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial electronics, instrumentation, or water infrastructure. Background in water industry is a MUST.
  • Proven track record in sales leadership.
  • Strong understanding of IoT, SCADA, telemetry, and leak detection technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
