Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team at Vowel Digital Adworld in Lucknow. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing innovative design solutions that elevate our clients' brand identity. Candidates must possess strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Brand Identity Development as these are mandatory for the role.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience with a minimum of 4 years in a graphic design or similar role within a digital marketing environment.
  • Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong command of Sketch for creating intuitive and appealing designs (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in brand identity development to ensure cohesive and impactful brand storytelling (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with Figma for collaborative interface design projects focusing on user experience and aesthetics.
  • Strong skills in creating digital illustrations that enhance visual storytelling and brand engagement.
  • Proficient in typography with the ability to choose fonts that complement design aesthetics and message clarity.
  • Knowledgeable in user interface (UI) design principles to create accessible and user-friendly digital experiences.
  • Familiarity with Adobe After Effects for creating interactive animations and motion graphics that captivate audiences.

  • Create visually compelling designs that align with client requirements and project objectives to enhance brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with creative directors and cross-functional teams to develop cohesive design strategies and execute design concepts.
  • Lead the development of branding projects, ensuring consistency and creativity across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to produce high-quality design assets for various digital platforms including websites and social media.
  • Engage in design critiques and feedback sessions, providing constructive input to enhance overall team creativity and productivity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design skills and apply new techniques.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
