We are seeking a talented and motivated
Senior Graphic Designer
to join our dynamic design team. In this role, you will lead a team of designers, ensuring high-quality UI/UX design deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling and user-friendly SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Leadership:
    Mentor and guide a team of graphic designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • UI/UX Design:
    Create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for SaaS platforms using
    Figma, Photoshop
    , and other design tools.
  • Mockups & Prototyping:
    Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
  • Brand Consistency:
    Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and enhance the user experience.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate requirements into compelling designs.
  • Design Systems:
    Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system for consistency across products.
  • Quality Assurance:
    Review design outputs to ensure accuracy, usability, and alignment with industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Experience:
    4+ years in graphic/UI design.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in
    Figma, Adobe Photoshop
    ,
    Adobe Illustrator
    and other design tools.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing
    SaaS/UI design, mockups, and prototyping
    .
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Experience designing for
    SaaS products
    (B2B) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent
    communication and collaboration skills
    .
  • Ability to articulate design decisions and provide constructive feedback.
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Leadership:

Demonstrated ability to
lead and inspire a design team
, ensuring high performance and creativity.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with
    motion graphics, illustration, or branding
    .
  • Knowledge of
    front-end development (HTML/CSS/JS)
    is a bonus.
