For Factory Operators (ITI candidates):

  • Operate machinery and equipment as per training and SOPs
  • Perform daily maintenance checks and report issues to supervisor
  • Ensure quality standards are maintained during production
  • Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE at all times
  • Assist in assembly line operations
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Work in shifts if required

For Helpers (SSC/HSC candidates):

  • Load and unload raw materials or finished goods
  • Help skilled workers in daily factory tasks
  • Pack, label, and move goods to designated areas
  • Clean machines, tools, and work areas
  • Follow instructions given by supervisor or team lead
  • Maintain hygiene and safety in the workplace
  • Perform general labor duties as needed

Key Skills:

  • Willingness to learn and work in a factory environment
  • Basic understanding of safety and hygiene practices
  • Physically fit and able to work long hours if needed
  • Team player with discipline and punctuality
  • Ability to follow instructions carefully
