Hiring is for GCC (Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Qatar).** **Walkin Drive Location: Mumbai's Holiday Inn, Sakinaka, Junction, Andheri - Kurla Rd, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400072.** **Job Role**: - **Deputy Manager-Sales**: - **Team Lead -Sales**: - **Assistant Manager-Sales** **Responsibilities**: - Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project specific sales. - Discuss and follow-up on opportunities with prospective buyers. - Coordinate site visit with prospective buyers and enable deal closure. - Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools. - Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay up-to-date with rules & regulations in the real estate market. - Maintain cordial relationships with Prospective buyers and other customers of the company. - Generate, qualify leads and prospect for new business. - Source and develop client referrals. **Behavior & Skills**: - Communication skills including active listening and questioning skills and the ability to express oneself clearly and concisely. - persuasive and sales skills including the ability to determine customer needs and concerns, to determine the appropriate approach to the situation and to gain commitment. - Tenacity and resilience including the ability to overcome obstacles to accomplish sales objectives, to make repeated attempts to reach sales objectives and to stay motivated. - In-depth product knowledge and understanding. - Organizational skills including planning, prioritizing, scheduling and time management. - High in extroversion. - High in conscientiousness. - High in emotional stability. - High in Integrity. - High in Adaptability and open to flexible work hours. **Experience**:Experience: Preferred for DSM/Team Lead: 2 years - 7 years of real estate sales experience Essential for ASM: 6 months to 2 years of any sales experience **Education**: Bachelors / Masters Degree in any field.
