**Job Role**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project specific sales.
- Discuss and follow-up on opportunities with prospective buyers.
- Coordinate site visit with prospective buyers and enable deal closure.
- Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools.
- Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay up-to-date with rules & regulations in the real estate market.
- Maintain cordial relationships with Prospective buyers and other customers of the company.
- Generate, qualify leads and prospect for new business.
- Source and develop client referrals.

**Experience**:Experience: Preferred for DSM/Team Lead: 2 years - 7 years of real estate sales experience Essential for ASM: 6 months to 2 years of any sales experience

**Education**: Bachelors / Masters Degree in any field. Preferably in business management.
