Company Overview:

We are a growing automation solutions company specializing in the design and development of Special Purpose Machines (SPM) for diverse industrial applications. Our expertise includes end-to-end automation solutions, integrating mechanical, electrical, and control systems for high-performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and program automation systems for SPM projects.
  • Work on PLC programming, HMI/SCADA configuration, and machine control logic.
  • Support mechanical and electrical integration of SPM during assembly and commissioning.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize automation systems for performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and customer training when required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in automation and machine commissioning, preferably in SPM.
  • Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, or similar).
  • Understanding of industrial automation components like sensors, actuators, and drives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for project installations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience in mechanical assembly and integration of machines.
  • Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
