Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur for a Study Abroad Counselor. The Study Abroad Counselor will guide prospective students through the process of applying for education and visas to Germany. The responsibilities include assessing students' academic backgrounds, assisting with university and course selection, managing admission applications, providing visa documentation support, and conducting counseling sessions. The role also involves following up proactively with students to address their queries and remaining updated on current study-abroad trends and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong counseling and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of higher education systems, admission processes, and visa requirements
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to maintain documentation
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing requirements
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of German language is an advantage
  • Previous experience as a counselor or study abroad consultant is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in education, international relations, or a related field
