Job Overview:

We are seeking a CCTV Monitoring Executive to oversee live camera feeds and ensure safety, security, and compliance across our premises. The ideal candidate should be attentive, reliable, and capable of identifying unusual or suspicious activities in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor CCTV cameras continuously to ensure the safety and security of premises.
  • Report any suspicious behavior, security breaches, or technical issues to the concerned department immediately.
  • Maintain records of daily monitoring activities and incident reports.
  • Coordinate with on-ground security personnel during incidents or emergencies.
  • Ensure CCTV systems are functioning properly and report any downtime or technical faults.
  • Follow company protocols for handling security footage and confidential information.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.
  • Prior experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CCTV software systems.
  • Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in shifts (including night shifts, weekends, and holidays).
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
