Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP PS implementations, rollouts, and support projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PS solutions.
  • Design and configure Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), networks, milestones, cost planning, budgeting, and settlement profiles.
  • Integrate SAP PS with other modules like FI/CO, MM, SD, and PPM.
  • Provide expert guidance on SAP S/4HANA PS functionalities, including best practices and industry-specific solutions.
  • Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Support clients in their digital transformation journeysboth on-premise and cloud-based.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP innovations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: years in SAP Project Systems (PS), with strong exposure to S/4HANA
  • Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate SAP S/4HANA for Project Systems/PPM
  • Implementation Background: Minimum 3 full-cycle SAP PS implementations or rollouts
  • Industry Exposure: Preferably from professional services, engineering, or construction sectors
  • Functional Expertise: Strong in project structuring, cost planning, budgeting, and integration with other SAP modules
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and manage client engagements
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and client-facing communication skills
  • Mindset: Analytical thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel for client engagements (if applicable)
