Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and motivated Business Development Executives to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about client outreach, relationship building, and driving sales growth. You will be at the forefront of our business expansion by connecting with potential clients, understanding their needs, and positioning Freshskills training solutions effectively.
This is a performance-driven role with 30–50% revenue sharing on the business generated, providing you with the opportunity to scale your earnings significantly.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through client outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Pitch Freshskills' training programs and services to potential clients and institutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the internal team to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Achieve revenue targets by closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, leads, and conversions in CRM/trackers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred, not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven and result-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or client outreach will be an added advantage.
