Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused BPO Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate excels in communication, thrives in fast-paced environments, and consistently delivers exceptional service. This role involves handling and resolving issues, processing requests, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. This position is very detail oriented, so it requires someone who is exceptional with data.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining projects inside Zoho.
- Working with vendors and adding new products to existing SaaS based applications.
- Calculating sales royalty reports monthly.
- Data checking and cross reference between programs for accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and customer experience.
- Uphold data privacy and security standards in all interactions.
- Maintain customer data within our SaaS applications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in a BPO, call center, or customer service environment is a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficiency with all Microsoft and Google products.
- Prior use of Zoho One preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills required for U.S. customer interaction.
- Experience using Zoho CRM or willingness to learn quickly.
Work Environment
- Office-based with partial remote later in the day for some cases depending on company policy
- Work schedules aligned with U.S. business operations

Pay: ₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
