Job Title: Estimation Engineer

Location: Trichy / Chennai

Job Description

We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented individuals to join our as Estimation Engineers. The role involves supporting cost estimation, quantity take-off, and proposal preparation for BIM-based projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing cost estimations, proposals, and quotations for BIM-based projects
  • Coordinate with BIM and engineering teams to verify project data
  • Review project documents to ensure accurate interpretation of scope and requirements
  • Support cost breakdown, rate analysis, and budgeting activities
  • Provide data support for project planning and tender submissions

Qualifications

  • B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Experience

  • Freshers to 5 years of experience in estimation, costing, or quantity take-off
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data handling is required

Preferred:

  • Immediate joiners
  • Candidates with interest in digital construction and BIM workflows

Desired Skills

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
  • Interest in construction / BIM / engineering workflows
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
