Objective of the role: The opening is for Seven Eleven Group Of Companies.He/ she analyzes project plans, specifications, and drawings to prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and other expenses. Key responsibilities include collaborating with project managers and vendors, managing budgets, and preparing reports to help with decision-making for construction, real estate projects.Location: Mira- Bhayandar. Only local candidates need to apply.Role & Responsibilities:Analyze project plans, blueprints, and specifications to determine the scope of work, labor, and material requirements.Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, including for materials, labor, and equipment.Work with project managers, architects, clients, and vendors to discuss requirements, formulate estimates, and resolve issues.Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, and monitor project costs to ensure they align with estimates.Also need to prepare BOQ's for all the projects.Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, cost tracking reports, and invoices.Maintain a database of cost data, including historical information, for use in future estimates.Stay updated on new materials, methods, and industry changes to ensure accurate and competitive estimates.Required Qualification & skills:Degree in Civil engineering with 5+ years experience as estimation engineer/ quantity surveyor.Familiarity with engineering drawings, building codes, and specific estimation.Strong numerical and mathematical abilities for accurate cost calculations.
