Job Title: Operations & Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations & Sales Manager to oversee daily operations and lead the sales performance of our salon and spa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining exceptional client service standards, team productivity, business profitability, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of all departments. This role blends strong leadership, sales acumen, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:Operations Management:

  • Supervise daily operations of the salon and spa including front desk, therapists, stylists, and housekeeping.
  • Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control of retail and professional products.
  • Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate staff scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain maintenance of equipment and facilities.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Drive promotions, packages, memberships, and seasonal campaigns to boost revenue.
  • Train front desk and service staff on upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Analyze sales performance reports, identify gaps, and implement corrective action.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth including partnerships and client acquisition.

Client Service & Retention:

  • Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction at all levels.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat visits through loyalty programs.

Team Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of service professionals.
  • Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented work culture.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to company standards and protocols.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in spa/salon management or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent sales and customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of salon and spa trends, products, and services.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
