Technical Initiatives    Analyse daily dashboard to see status of project daily and on till date against the budget. Monitor/Track and recommend opportunities on cost & schedule as per budget.  Provide inputs to Head - Project to optimise cost  Maintain complete reports on functioning of Project; review projects in various verticals and monitor timeliness and quality of project execution, resource utilization, actual vs. estimated project cost, and timely escalation of issues  Analyse and provide input on status of compliance and safety  Coordinate with engineering department for budget  Create PR, Service entry and amendments to contracts in SAP  Create Project closure report, with equipment details, milestones achieved   Analyse contractor issues and recommend solutions   Create, update and maintain all employee related data for projects including details like, organisation structure, vacant positions, and skill set  Administrative Activities   Schedule & manage calendar and travel for Head Projects and ensure all inputs and analysis are made available prior to meetings  Strategically manage the Head Projects time with respect to priorities, goals and objectives  Draft email correspondence, articles and detailed reports on behalf of Head Projects.  Prepare, draft and execute business correspondence using communication skills  Assist with miscellaneous special projects or duties as needed  Interface between Head Projects & other functions, communicate with all departments. Work cross-functionally internally and with external vendors /contractors 

 Minimum Degree: MBA/PGDM/MS/MTech and graduate degree   Minimum Years / Type of experience: Minimum 10 years of experience  Area-specific knowledge: o Technical and commercial acumen o Analytical o Presentation & Communication skills o SAP skills
