Role & responsibilities

  • Operate DPM, e-DPM, DMS, i-Assist, and CDAS systems for daily transaction processing and BOD/EOD operations
  • Execute dematerialization, rematerialization, and mutual fund redemption transactions with strict adherence to timelines
  • Handle DIS execution, scanning, and uploading to depository systems while ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Process account closures, transmissions, closure-cum-transfers, freeze/unfreeze operations, and pledge management
  • Maintain client master data modifications and handle pay-in/pay-out settlement obligations
  • Prepare daily MIS reports, maintain operational checklists, and resolve client queries within

Preferred candidate profile

  • Deep knowledge of depository operations and document processing workflows
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements
  • Excellent organizational skills and client communication abilities
