We're Hiring: IT Manager – Stock Broking & Capital Markets

Experience: 6–12 years (5+ years in capital markets IT leadership)

We are looking for an
experienced IT Manager
to lead our technology strategy and ensure seamless functioning of trading platforms, back-office systems, compliance tools, and digital initiatives. This role is at the heart of our operations, blending
capital markets expertise, regulatory compliance, and cutting-edge IT solutions
.

What you'll own:

  • Trading platforms (NSE, BSE, MCX, NSE NOW, ODIN, etc.) – ensuring smooth execution & integrations
  • IT Infrastructure – servers, networks, cloud systems & data centers with high uptime
  • Back-office, DP operations, RMS/OMS, algo trading systems & APIs
  • Cybersecurity & compliance – SEBI, NSE, BSE, MCX, ISO guidelines
  • Vendor management – exchanges, depositories (NSDL/CDSL), product vendors & partners

What we're looking for:

  • 6–12 years of IT experience, with 5+ years in stock broking / capital markets
  • Strong expertise in RMS/OMS, algo trading, APIs, and back-office systems
  • Proficiency in cloud (AWS/Azure), databases (Oracle/SQL), and cybersecurity frameworks
  • Proven leadership, vendor negotiation & project management skills
  • Familiarity with SEBI/regulatory compliance; certifications (CISA, CISSP, ITIL, PMP) are a plus
