  • To lead and coordinate the overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities across multiple project sites.
  • Develop and coordinate Master Project Schedules (Primavera/MS Project) for all assigned projects, integrating engineering, procurement, and construction activities.
  • Review and validate baseline schedules received from site teams, ensuring logical sequencing, critical path identification, and resource alignment.
  • Update and maintain the project progress tracking system (weekly, monthly basis) with planned vs. actual performance data.
  • Act as a central coordination point between site planning teams, corporate planning, contracts, and project control departments.
  • Conduct weekly/monthly progress review meetings, consolidate project dashboards, and circulate MIS reports.
  • Review and track resource allocation plans (manpower, equipment, materials) in line with project schedule requirements.
  • Support in preparing and monitoring budget forecasts, cash flows, and cost-to-complete reports.
  • Identify potential schedule risks and propose mitigation plans.
  • Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and SAP.
