Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000

Job Description – Key Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and bids for tenders by analyzing project drawings, specifications, and site conditions.
• Tender Management: Assist in preparing tender documents and ensure competitive, cost-effective pricing.
• Site Measurements: Collaborate with site engineers to take accurate measurements, prepare quantity sheets, and verify executed work.
• Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and process client bills, vendor invoices, and subcontractor bills with accuracy and timely submission.
• Cost Tracking & Control: Monitor project costs, track expenses against budget, and support cost-control measures.
• Vendor & Client Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, clients, architects, and accounts for billing approvals and issue resolution.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain financial records, ensure compliance with policies/standards, and prepare progress & cost reports.
• Quality Control: Review executed work and measurements to ensure quality and compliance with designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and billing software.
• Domain Knowledge: Good knowledge of carpentry, POP, painting, plumbing, electrical, and civil works (specific to interiors & construction).
• Analytical Skills: Strong mathematical and analytical abilities for rate analysis and cost estimations.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in estimations, measurements, and billing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10, ₹37,639.64 per month
