The Expert – Contract Managementwill be responsible for overseeing, administering, and managing contractualmatters in railway and infrastructure projects. The role involves ensuringcompliance with contract terms, mitigating risks, supporting project teams incontractual decision -making, and maintaining alignment with organizational andclient objectives. Key Responsibilities·     Review, interpret, and administer projectcontracts in line with applicable laws, standards, and client requirements.·     Provide contractual advice and support toproject teams and management.·     Handle claims, disputes, variations, andcontractual correspondence with clients and contractors.·     Ensure timely compliance with contractualobligations by all stakeholders.·     Maintain documentation and records of allcontractual communications and modifications.·     Coordinate with legal, technical, and financialteams on contract -related issues.·     Support project audits, reviews, and statutorycompliance in relation to contracts.·     Monitor contract performance and highlight riskswith mitigation measures. Requirements QualificationDiploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering (Preferred)LLB from a recognized institute (Preferred) Relevant Experience (any one of thefollowing):Min. 5 years' experience in handling Railway / Highway projects as Contract Managerin either a PMC or Construction Agency.Min. 3 years' experience in Railways as SSE/Works (I/C) and above in OpenLine/Construction.Min. 4 years' experience as Manager or above in Railway PSU in Contracts Division. Key Skills & Competencies·     Strong knowledge of contract laws, FIDIC, andgovernment procurement guidelines.·     Experience in drafting, reviewing, andnegotiating contracts.·     Proficiency in documentation, reporting, andcorrespondence management.·     Excellent communication, analytical, andproblem -solving skills.·     Ability to work collaboratively acrossmultidisciplinary teams.
