Social Media Manager

Role Purpose:
To manage and grow the social media presence of Sparkle Child Therapy Centre by creating consistent, informative, and engaging digital content that promotes therapy activities, parent awareness, and centre updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and post daily content (photos, videos, captions, stories, reels).
- Maintain brand tone and visual consistency across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Record and edit therapy sessions, events, activities, and awareness videos.
- Manage DM inquiries and comments with professional communication.
- Coordinate with therapists to understand therapy concepts and convert them into understandable content for parents.
- Track engagement, reach, and growth metrics and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Research current trends and apply them appropriately in educational and positive messaging.
Required Skills:
- Strong video and photo editing skills (Reels editing experience required).
- Basic understanding of child therapy terminology (training will be provided).
- Good communication and writing skills for captions and awareness posts.
- Ability to handle creative content independently.
- Consistency, time management, and deadline discipline.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15, ₹41,780.92 per month
