Company Description The Milkshake Co. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kanpur. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s social media presence on various platforms. Day-to-day tasks include creating and executing social media campaigns, content planning, designing strategies to boost engagement, and interacting with audience members. Additionally, you will monitor analytics, track performance, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to identify areas for improvement. Qualifications - Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills - Strong Communication skills and proficiency in Writing - Proficiency in creating and managing Content Strategy tailored to target audiences - Experience with social media analytics tools is advantageous - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred - Ability to work creatively and collaboratively in an on-site team environment - Familiarity with emerging trends in social media and digital marketing - Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram)
