We are seeking an Engineer- HVAC(Building Engineering) to join our B+P team in India. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated engineer to contribute to impactful marine infrastructure projects across global offices and continue developing their technical expertise in a supportive, high-performing team.

Here is what you will do:

• Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings
• Prepares technical specification sections
• Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements
• Conducts energy modeling and analysis to optimize HVAC system performance
• Collaborates with architects and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions
• Develops and implements sustainable design strategies to meet energy efficiency goals
• Oversees the selection and sizing of HVAC equipment and components

The successful candidate will have the following Qualifications:

• Master of Engineering degree (or equivalent education) in an appropriate engineering discipline from an accredited college or university. 
• Candidate should have minimum 3 years of relevant experience in GDC type of environment
• Experience in retail and hospitality medium to large projects.
• Should be well versed with ASHRAE/CIBSE/NFPA standards and regulations.
• Should have experience in commercial, residential, datacenter, and infrastructure projects from different geographies - USA, Canada, ANZ Region.
• Experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer - Specialized in HVAC Design.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.
• Proficiency in HVAC design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, or similar BIM tools.
• Strong knowledge of energy modeling software (e.g., eQUEST, EnergyPlus, or IES-VE).
