Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor specializing in HVAC and cleanroom projects, based in Gurugram. The Site Supervisor will oversee the execution of HVAC and cleanroom projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and international standards. Responsibilities include managing on-site installations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, inspecting project progress, maintaining quality control, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. The role also involves updating project reports, resolving technical challenges, and leading the on-site team to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Mechanical Engineering and Project Management
  • Experience in Engineering Management and Team Leadership
  • Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and ensure quality standards
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems, cleanroom technologies, and safety standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Experience in turnkey cleanroom or HVAC projects is an asset
