We are currently looking to bring a talented social media professional on contract to manage one of our café clients.
About the Role
We're looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to handle the online presence of a café client. This is a contract-based role where you'll be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and providing strategic guidance.
You will be working under the direction of CtrlWeb – we will provide ideas and inputs, and you will give us proper solutions and execute them effectively.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage the café's social media strategy.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts (photos, reels, stories, videos, etc.).
Suggest and implement growth strategies (organic + paid).
Track performance (analytics, insights) and optimize campaigns.
Keep up with trends in café/food industry social media marketing.
Present clear solutions and recommendations when given directions.
Requirements
Proven portfolio of successful social media campaigns (preferably F&B / lifestyle / hospitality brands).
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and other major platforms.
Ability to design or coordinate with designers for creatives.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Availability for regular updates and reporting.
