Role Description

The Apparel Production Coordinator role at Finesse Couture is a full-time on-site position located in Bengaluru. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for daily production planning, management, and coordination of couture bridal gowns. Key responsibilities include overseeing production schedules, ensuring timely completion of production milestones, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining quality control. The role requires strong project management skills and effective communication with team members and external partners to ensure seamless production operations.

Job Responsibilities for – Production Coordinator

1 . Order Execution

Department wise Attendance Report

Report & Post all Delayed Order Planned for – Cutting, Stitching, QC, Hand finishing. / Daily

Post all Tailors – Output Report (Tailors wise Plan Vs. Actual) / Weekly

Report – How many Re-Cuts on daily basis with reasons. / Daily

Reports – How many Alterations @ QC-1 Level.

  1. KPI Sheet

Collect all Data for KPI Sheet & fill in the sheet.

Make a Detailed Report on KPI Performance for all the stack Holders.

Weekly / Monthly KPI report presentation

High light TOP 3 Bottleneck across the System.
