Expected to work in ME/Saudi Time zone.

Immediate Joiners or Notice period of 30 days are considered.

- 9-15 yrs of experience in Siebel CRM design, configuration, scripting, and workflow.

- Expertise in one or more modules : Siebel CSW, Open UI, Order Management, Product Configuration, Workforce Management, PRM/Dealer Management, Field Service, BI Publisher, EAI/EIM, CTI, and Customer Billing Care.

- Experience on Siebel version or above preferred.

- Proven technical leadership experience in Siebel development projects.

- Knowledge of Oracle Communications RODOD implementation and application integrations using Web Services/REST APIs.

- Strong skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and scripting (Shell, Perl, Python, Selenium).

- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and Cloud-native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Experience with DevOps tools like Git, Jenkins, Maven; exposure to Chef/Ansible is a plus.

- Good understanding of BSS applications, telecom business processes, and E2E project implementations.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; strong team player.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Siebel CRM solutions in alignment with business requirements.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Siebel developers across project lifecycles.

- Own and deliver enhancements, customizations, and configurations using Siebel Tools and scripting (eScript, VB).

- Drive solution architecture for Siebel integrations using Web Services, REST APIs, and EAI/EIM frameworks.

- Manage module implementations such as :

1. Siebel CSW (Customer Self Service Web)

2. Open UI

3. Order Management & Product Configuration

4. Field Service, Workforce Management

5. Partner Relationship Management (PRM) / Dealer Management

6. CTI Integration & Customer Billing Care

7. BI Publisher Reporting

- Ensure high-quality deliverables by leveraging DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Maven).

- Work closely with QA teams to define and support test automation (Selenium, Shell/Python scripting).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Siebel implementations with overall business and technical goals.

- Optimize performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system reliability.

- Participate in RODOD (Rapid Offer Design and Order Delivery) implementation and assist in BSS stack integrations.
