About the role:

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to lead brand-building initiatives, strategies and execute impactful marketing strategies to drive sales. This role requires to be proactive in social media management and promotional activities, ensuring a strong brand presence both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to drive footfall and online sales.

  • Lead social media content planning, engagement, and advertising to enhance brand visibility.

  • Work closely with the team to create engaging content, including photos, videos, and promotional creatives.

  • Manage influencer collaborations and PR initiatives.

  • Ensure franchisee adherence to marketing campaigns and brand guidelines.

  • Analyse customer feedback, online reviews, and market trends to refine marketing efforts.

  • Plan and execute offline activations - events and third party collaborations for brand visibility.

  • Track marketing performance and generate actionable reports.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in F&B/hospitality marketing

  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing, influencer collaborations, and local advertising.

  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month
