The Role:

Purchase Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the management. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized inventory databases to optimize stock levels and purchasing decisions.
  • Procurement Expertise: Source high-quality ingredients from local vendors, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Cost Control Champion: Develop and implement strategies to manage food and operational costs effectively.
  • Building Strong Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, fostering trust and mutually beneficial partnerships.

Qualification:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Proficient in inventory management software and basic accounting principles.
  • Proficient in MS-Excel
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently while collaborating within a team.
