E-commerce Management

  • Manage and optimize product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify.
  • Oversee online store operations, order processing, inventory, and customer service.
  • Monitor e-commerce analytics to improve conversion rates and user experience.

 
Online Program Promotion

  • Strategize and execute digital campaigns to promote online training programs.
  • Use targeted ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) to drive course sign-ups and leads.
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop lead magnets, webinars, and email funnels.

 
Performance & Analytics

  • Track KPIs such as traffic, CTR, CAC, and ROAS.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms.
  • Provide weekly reports and optimize campaigns based on performance data.

 
Collaboration & Growth

  • Work closely with training teams to understand course value propositions.
  • Identify partnership or affiliate opportunities to expand reach.
  • Coordinate with tech teams to ensure seamless user experience across funnels.
