Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Solution Lead with strong expertise in Fast Formulas for OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) or Absence Management modules. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in solution design, configuration, and development of Oracle HCM Cloud applications, along with leadership capability to guide stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead solution design, configuration, and development for Oracle HCM Cloud with focus on Fast Formulas in OTL or Absence modules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and design scalable solutions.
  • Build, test, and deploy Fast Formulas ensuring accuracy and compliance with business rules.
  • Develop and optimize BIP (BI Publisher) reports to support reporting requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HCM processes.
  • Provide guidance on HCM Extracts and HDL (HCM Data Loader) when needed.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring smooth delivery of HCM functionalities.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide best practices for Oracle HCM implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 12+ years of overall experience in Oracle HCM, with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Fast Formulas in OTL or Absence modules (primary skill).
  • Good working knowledge of BI Publisher (BIP) reports.
  • Exposure to HCM Extracts and HDL (added advantage, not mandatory).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage stakeholders and teams.
