Job Summary:

The HR Executive will support the corporate HR team in day-to-day operations, employee data management, recruitment coordination, and HR reporting. The role requires strong knowledge of Excel and attention to detail to ensure smooth functioning of HR processes at the corporate level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Data Management
    : Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and Excel trackers (attendance, leave, onboarding, etc.). Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
    Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation. Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new employees.
  • Payroll & Attendance Support
    : Coordinate with the accounts team for monthly payroll inputs. Track attendance and leave data using Excel or HR software. Ensure timely submission of employee attendance records.
  • HR Reports & MIS
    : Prepare periodic HR reports and dashboards using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts). Analyse HR data to support management decision-making.
  • Employee Engagement & Welfare
    : Assist in planning and executing engagement activities and employee communication. Support HR events, celebrations, and welfare initiatives.
  • Compliance & Documentation
    : Maintain statutory records and employee files as per company policies. Support HR audits and compliance documentation.
  • Skills & Competencies
    : Proficiency in MS Excel. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational ability. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Familiarity with HRMS or ERP systems preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field.
