Roles & Responsibilities:

Patient Communication

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to/from patients.
  • Provide information about healthcare services, specialties and locations.
  • Confirm or reschedule appointments.

Data Entry & Record Maintenance

  • Update patient details in systems accurately.
  • Maintain call logs, appointment status and follow-up notes.

Insurance Coordination

  • Clarify patient queries regarding insurance coverage, eligibility, or claim status.
  • Coordinate with insurance providers if required.

Follow-up & Feedback

  • Follow up with patients' post-consultation for feedback or ongoing care.
  • Remind patients of upcoming checkups, medication adherence, or test results.

Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Call potential patients to introduce services.
  • Convert inquiries into appointments.

Customer Service & Query Resolution

  • Address patient complaints and escalate to the right department.
  • Guide patients on procedures, preparations and documentation needed.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology
  • Familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems
  • Patience, empathy and professionalism
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time
