This is an ever-developing task within a fast-paced environment. The MRP Control function is directly responsible for facilitating the on-time supply of materials to meet internal demand across all service locations and sites globally.ResponsibilitiesEnsure timely release of internal purchase orders between Vestas plants, following the defined process and SAP ERP release procedureManage assigned MRP areas for your region, ensuring on-time delivery of parts to customers and service business unitValidate demand from stakeholdersReview rounding values and MOQs to identify anomaliesAssist stakeholders with enriching Material Master dataMaintain and update MRP master data in SAPCommunicate with internal customers and stakeholdersDevelop RCCMs for missed deliveriesGenerate insights into material delivery performance and keep stakeholders informed of the status of their deliveriesParticipate in continuous improvement activitiesHandle exceptions in SAP to ensure demand-supply alignmentQualificationsBE/B.Tech/Masters in Supply Chain & LogisticsMinimum 3 years of Experience in handling purchase orders through SAPSolid experience with Microsoft Excel/Power pointExperience in SQL and Excel Macros is optionalExperience must with SAP MMCompetenciesExcellent written and oral communication skills in EnglishStrong analytical skills and knowledge of the fundamentals of supply chain managementFlexible work hours to accommodate stakeholders in APAC regionOrganized and structured approach to workFriendly and professional demeanor towards stakeholdersCollaborative and team-oriented work styleSelf-motivated and proactiveWhat We OfferYou'll have the opportunity to help strengthen the position of Vestas in a key market for the company with excellent perspective of growth.
