Accounts & Finance:

  • Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
  • Manage sales, purchase, payment, receipt, journal, and contra vouchers.
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements, vendor/customer ledgers, and cash book.
  • Handle GST returns, TDS computation, and filing-related documentation.
  • Prepare and verify invoices, debit/credit notes, and expense statements.
  • Coordinate with auditors for periodic audits and financial reports.
  • Ensure timely vendor and client payments and maintain proper records.

Back Office Operations:

  • Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks to support office operations.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital files, records, and documents.
  • Prepare MIS reports, Excel spread sheets, and statements as required by management.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments via email and phone.
  • Manage purchase orders, quotations, and correspondence in coordination with the accounts and operations teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounts and back-office operations.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP / Tally Prime is mandatory.
  • Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
  • Strong command over English (written and verbal) and good communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently with responsibility.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience in manufacturing, trading, or service industry.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a professional, positive attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial data.
