Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure adherence to safety standards and quality requirements.​
  • Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems, coordinating with contractors and teams on-site.​
  • Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and troubleshoot system malfunctions.​
  • Prepare and review technical documentation, including shop drawings and work method statements.​
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, reporting progress to superiors.​
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.​
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors for seamless project delivery.​

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.​
  • Solid knowledge of HVAC principles, systems, and site installation protocols.​
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other HVAC design and site documentation tools.​
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.​
  • Willingness to travel and work independently at various project sites.​
