BRIEF OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

This role, will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our communication & marketing strategies across various channels. You will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of public relations, trade shows, conferences, events, content development, and social media.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Event Coordination:

  2. Organize and represent the company at trade shows and conferences.

  3. Liaise with PR companies to maximize event exposure.

  4. Assist with planning and execution of internal events in collaboration with the HR team.

  5. Digital & Social Media:

  6. Manage and grow the company's presence on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

  7. Assist the team head in enhancing engagement and brand visibility.

  8. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

  9. Marketing Collateral Development:

  10. Create, update, and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, product data sheets (PDS), and presentations.

  11. Ensure all collateral aligns with brand guidelines and supports sales initiatives.

  12. Internal Communications:

  13. Support HR with internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.

  14. Assist in the organization of internal events and activities.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
  1. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 3–5 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, or marketing.
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
  5. Experience with content creation and collateral development.
  6. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  7. Experience working with PR agencies.
  8. Familiarity with analytics tools for social media and marketing campaigns.
  9. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
