
Showroom Manager

Job Description:
Tezara Gold and Diamonds is looking for an experienced and dynamic Jewellery Showroom Manager to oversee daily showroom operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in jewellery or retail showroom management and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom
- Supervise and motivate staff to achieve sales targets
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain inventory, stock control, and showroom display standards
- Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and build long-term relationships
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, accounts, and management
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in showroom management (preferably jewellery/retail)
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales and business targets
- Ability to manage team performance and provide training when needed
- Good knowledge of jewellery products and customer handling
