Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, track, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and well-versed in current marketing tools and strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising).
  • Manage the organization's website (content updates, UX improvements, SEO optimization).
  • Measure and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
  • Identify trends and insights; optimize spend and performance based on data.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
  • Manage and grow the brand's presence on social media platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing tools.
  • Experience with CMS systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9, ₹34,690.96 per month
